To buy a new, expensive home and be cash-strapped or to remodel the existing home and continue their world travel, that was the question! These homeowners chose to stay and personalize the first floor of this 2-story luxury spec home. The project involved upgrading kitchen, bath, laundry, 2 fireplaces, stairwell and flooring by our team of contractors and craftsmen under the design direction of Kathy Bate Designs.
